About Aircraft Interiors Expo

Invest Northern Ireland is proposing to exhibit at Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in April 2025. 

AIX is the definitive marketplace for companies developing solutions for cabin interiors. 

Connect with the global supply chain to showcase your latest innovations, forge new partnerships, and collaborate with sector experts to revolutionise the passenger experience.

Who should consider attending Aircraft Interiors Expo?

The exhibition is suitable for businesses within the aerospace sector, particularly the interiors subsector offering:

  • Component or sub-assemblies for interiors 
  • Technology for aircraft operations 
  • Design or engineering services 
  • Finishing and treatments 
  • Recycling and waste solutions 

Who is eligible to attend Aircraft Interiors Expo?

Our International Trade Calendar exhibitions and trade missions are open to all Invest Northern Ireland client companies that meet the eligibility criteria. Find out more about becoming an Invest Northern Ireland client company.

Please note that spaces to attend this event are limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis subject to a completed application form and participation payment. 

Cost

Four pricing options are available, priced at £800+VAT per square metre (sqm)

  • Large Booth (10sqm) - £8,000 + VAT
  • Medium Booth (8sqm) - £6,400 + VAT  
  • Small Booth (6sqm) - £4,800 + VAT
  • Workstation (5sqm) - £4,000 + VAT

  • Promotion of participation pre, during and post exhibition

On successful completion of the event, Invest NI will provide grant assistance of £350 towards flights and accommodation for one company employee. This is subject to the completion of a short evaluation questionnaire.
