Invest NI plans to host an exhibition stand at DSEI in September 2025.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with key decision-makers, including senior government officials, military personnel, and industry leaders, ensuring your innovations are seen by those who matter most.

Please note that spaces to attend this event are limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis subject to a successfully completed application form and participation payment.

 Participation package includes:   

• Branded workstation on the Northern Ireland pavilion, within the ADS/UK Pavillion 
• 2 x exhibitor passes 
• Registration as a co-exhibitor 
• Shared use of stand facilities 
• Opportunity to display one small item on the stand as discussed and agreed with Invest NI in advance
• Networking reception with key buyers and stakeholders
• Business development support from our in-market team 
• Promotion of participation pre, during and post exhibition

On successful participation in the event companies will be offered £500 support towards economy airfare and accommodation for two company employees. This is subject to the completion of a short evaluation questionnaire. Please note this assistance will count towards your DeMinimis Aid total.
